Lunch Menus
The monthly menu is planned to comply with USDA Dietary Guidelines which allow a variety of healthy
choices. Lunch is served at all school sites and breakfast is served at two sites (Menifee Elementary and
Menifee Valley Middle School).
Salad Bars
A new salad bar meal is now being served at Bell Mountain Middle School and Menifee Valley Middle
School. The salad bar is available to all students and all accounts. Students can use their pin number to
purchase a salad bar meal and the salad bar will be located in the multipurpose room. Items available on
the salad bar will be tossed salad; cherry tomatoes; cucumbers; celery, carrots; two types of fruit; a
variety of meats and cheeses; yogurt; cottage cheese; two types of dressing and a bread item. Other
items being considered would be potato salad, pasta salad, and macaroni salad. Milk will be served to
students who choose to have a milk. Cost is $1.75 for students. Adult salad bar is $2.25 w/o milk,
extra milk .30 cents.
