During the February 17, 2021 Study Session, the MUSD Governing Board resumed the process of creating a new Vision and Mission Statement. This meeting brought together over 40 people who represented a variety of stakeholder groups from the community. They began their work of refreshing the Mission / Vision statement for the district a year ago, but had to put their efforts on hold due to the pandemic.

When done the group will have created a long range plan that focuses on the achievement and well-being of students, and reflects the importance of preparing students for the future academically, professionally and personally. The plan will define a clear path for how we work together for the children and community of Menifee.
