FREE Meal Program
The Menifee USD and Nutrition Services Department is dedicated to providing healthy meals to children in our community who need them. Here are the specifics:
WHO: Children ages 18 years old and under may have a FREE “Grab & Go” meal at one of the specific school sites listed below. No form or registration is required but someone in the
family must be enrolled in the Menifee Union School District.
WHAT is Served: Grab & Go Meals: Lunch for the day & a Breakfast item for the next day.
WHEN: Resuming Tuesday April 14, 2020 Daily Monday-Friday. Date range may change based on CDC & RCDPH guidance.
HOW: Adults may drive up with children 18 and under in a car, or students may walk up to the designated location in front of the school site. A pre-packed meal will be given to each child that is present in the vehicle without getting out of the car, or who walks up. Meals will be consumed off site at home.
WHERE: In front of the following school sites
Any special dietary accommodations must be on file with Nutrition Services via Medical
Statement, and NS notified 24 hours in advance at (951) 679-8355.

Comidas Gratuitas
Aunque las escuelas estén cerradas, el distrito escolar de Menifee Union y el Servicio de Nutrición están dedicados en proporcionar una comida saludable a los niños de nuestra comunidad quienes lo necesitan. Aquí están los detalles:
QUIEN: Niños de edades de 18 años y menos pueden recibir una comida gratuita de “Grab & Go” en uno de los sitos de las escuelas especificas enumeradas a continuación. Ningún formulario ni re- gistración será requerido pero alguna persona de la familia tiene que estar inscrita en el Distrito Es- colar de Menifee Union.
QUÉ se sirve: Comidas para llevar
CUANDO: miércoles 18 de marzo- 3 de abril del 2020 (lunes-viernes) El intervalo de fechas puede cambiar según las pautas de CDC y RCDPH.
COMO: Adultos pueden manejar en un carro con niños de 18 años y menos, o estudiantes pueden caminar a una ubicación designada en frente del sitio de la escuela. Una comida pre-empaquetada será dada a cada niño que esté presente en el vehículo sin salirse del carro, o quien valla a pie. Las comidas se consumirán fuera del sitio y en el hogar.
DONDE: En frente de los siguientes sitos escolares
Cualquier acomodación especial de dieta debe de estar en el archivo con los Servicios Nutricionales vía una Declaración Medica, y notificación a los Servicios Nutricionales con 24 horas de anticipación al (951) 679-8355.
