Belief
“We believe families are the core of students’ development. Families are a source of strength and knowledge. Families are empowered when schools embrace families as they are and create partnerships. When schools make frequent efforts to know, listen to, and learn from families through effective communication, student achievement increases.”

Vision
Trust. Empower. Achieve.
To establish a culture of resilience, academic performance, and conviction in all African American Students.  To provide the knowledge, skills, and resources to increase the involvement and engagement of parents, caregivers, and the community. To build a relationship of trust and transparency with the schools and the district.
