Our Governing Board In Action

During the month of July the Menifee Union School District Governing Board took the following actions:

  • Approved the service agreement with the Assistance League of Temecula Valley for participation in its philanthropic programs
  • Approved the addition of one (1) 3.75 hour, Campus Supervisor, one (1) Curriculum and Instruction Coordinator
  • Approved the job description, Director of Continuous Improvement and Accountability, approve the job description, Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Special Programs
  • Approved the revision of the District Lead Custodian job description
  • Approved Resolution No. 2020-43 and approve the Purchase and Sale Agreement and Escrow Instructions The District desires to purchase the Seller’s Property, located in the City of Menifee, Riverside County, State of California for use as a middle school.  The Property is needed to accommodate the anticipated growth in enrollment generated by the residential development associated with the Seller’s Audie Murphy project (“Project”)
  • Awarded the contract for Phase II of the Menifee Valley Middle School Reconstruction Project to Hamel Contracting, Inc.
  • Approved the Cooperative Agreement with Riverside University Health System - Behavioral Health for the 2019-20 school year
  • Ratified the County of Riverside Department of Public Health Second Amendment to the Agreement for Comprehensive Suicide Prevention and Awareness Program
  • Accepted the Menifee Union School District's Sunshine proposal for 2019/2020 negotiations with the Menifee Council of Classified Employees
  • Approved the addition of one (1) 8 hour, District Lead Custodian position
  • Approved the addition of one (1) School Psychologist position
