During the month of January the Menifee Union School District Governing Board took the following actions:

  • Approved the Final Change Order No. 2 with Bogh Engineering, Inc. for the Chester W. Morrison Elementary Kindergarten Reconstruction Project

  • Approved the Request for Change Order No. 1 from Dalke & Sons Construction, Inc. for the Menifee Valley Middle School Reconstruction Project

  • Approved Change Order No. 4 for James McMinn, Inc. for the Menifee Valley Middle School Reconstruction Project

  • Approved Change Order No. 2 for Roadway Engineering & Contracting, Inc. for the Menifee Valley Middle School Reconstruction Project

  • Approved Change Order No. 7 for RVH Constructors, Inc. for the Menifee Valley Middle School Reconstruction Project

  • Approved Chester W. Morrison Elementary School-Connected Organization

  • Approved Notice of Completion for Dalke & Sons Construction, Inc. for the Hans Christensen Middle School Virtual Academy Project

  • Approved the Menifee Union School District Food Donation Agreement with the Menifee Valley Community Cupboard

  • Approved Time and Alarm Systems for District Education Center Access Control

  • Approved Xerox Financial Services, LLC Lease Agreement

  • Approved Ratification of the Emergency Contract for ATI Disaster Recovery

  • Appointed Jennifer Pharris as Assistant Principal at Bell mountain Middle School

  • Approved a Campus Supervisor Position – MVMS

  • Approved the Personnel Report 2021/22-1

  •  Adopted Resolution No. 2022-20, Recognizing February as Black History Month

  • Adopted Resolution No. 2022-21, School Board Recognition Month

  • Adopted Resolution No. 2022-22 National School Counseling Week

  • Adopted Resolution No. 2022-23, Recognizing The Great Kindness Challenge

  • Adopted the  District Core Dispositions/Characteristics for the Student Success Profile

  • Accepted the Annual Report from Citizens' Bond Oversight Committee for Measure Q

  • Approved Agreement with American Youth Soccer Organization for Facilities Use
