Volunteers/Visitors on Campus

All volunteers must have a completed Volunteer application on file as well as TB and Megan's Law clearance. Policies and procedures adhere to the District's Safety First Plan.  Thank you for your participation in keeping our students safe and secure. 

PHOTO ID is required when checking your child out & you must also be on the Emergency Card to do so. No exceptions!

We respectfully request:

• That you do not enter the building during dismissal.
• All walking/parking parents pick up at the front pedestrian pick-up area and All drive through parents pick up using the side car loop on Saxony Drive.
• All students must be picked up within 30 minutes of dismissal.  TK and Kinder should be picked up within 15 minutes of dismissal.
• That you do not pick up students early after 1:30 p.m. (M-T & Th-F) and after 12:00 p.m. (W)
