• All returning TK through 4th, 6th and 7th grade students on a current Intra-District will not need to submit if your child already attends the requested school.
• All 5th graders promoting to 6th grade middle school will automatically be enrolled at their school of residence. If you would like to request a different school for middle school you will need to submit an Intra-district Transfer during the open enrollment period.

Access to computers will be available at MUSD reception area and school sites.
