Topic: COVID-19 Mental Health Issues: Anxiety, Depression Suicide Prevention.

Description: Based on the current Mental Health areas of focus in relation to COVID-19 this workshop will explore common mental health challenges for children and adults including increased anxiety, signs of depression, and suicide awareness signs for prevention.

Areas of discussion will include: Mental health behavior signs in children, emotional status of adults, stress reduction techniques, and resources for support and intervention.
