Drop off Procedures:

In the morning when you drop off your child, if you choose to park and drop off your child, you may do so and say good-bye at the doors outside the front office.  Just remember parking is very limited because of the construction of our new Middle School wing.  Your student will then walk into the forum until 7:55 AM, if they are in grades 1st-5th.  Students in grades 6th and 7th will remain in the forum until 8:17 AM. The students will be dismissed to their classrooms with the exception of first grade students.  First grade teachers will walk to the forum to pick up their students for the first few weeks of school.  We are trying to maintain a safe campus therefore we do have a closed campus.  If you are using our traffic loop to drop off your child, please make sure that you do not park in the traffic loop or leave your car unattended.  This slows down the process for everyone.  We have our student ambassadors out front to assist students with getting out of the car and into the forum in the morning.  We will also have our PTA volunteers out front to help direct students in the right direction.   If you have questions for the front office, if you could wait until after the 8:00 AM bell rings that would be helpful to ensure that all students get into their classrooms safely.  Please make sure that you are following all traffic laws and especially use the crosswalks around the school.   Thank you for your support to ensure that we have a safe campus.
