Dear Bell Mountain Community,

It is with great excitement to return to Bell Mountain Middle School as the Principal. I hope that this letter finds you and your student/s enjoying your time together this Summer. It is an honor to be a part of the Bell Mountain family and community. I can assure you that I share in the school community’s commitment to care for students each and every day.

I am dedicated and committed to the academic and social development of students. In the past I have taught English Language Arts in middle school and high school. I have also been an administrator at middle school and high school for 9 years. I am a graduate of Riverside Community College with my Associates Degree, California Baptist University with my Bachelors Degree in Behavioral Science (Emphasis on Social Work) and a Master’s Degree in English Composition. My Doctorate degree was earned at Azusa Pacific University in Educational Leadership.

In addition to my role as an educator, I am a wife and a mother of two, with four bonus kids and a total of six grandkids. I understand the important lessons of life that are learned throughout one’s childhood and interactions with Educators and Family.

This year, I extend a warm invitation to you to actively engage in numerous school-wide activities. Our primary focus is to enhance school attendance for all students, and your participation is vital in achieving this goal. Additionally, we are eager to welcome you into the BMMS school community as a member of our School Site Council, PTSA (Parent Teacher Student Association), or our School Climate and Safety Committee.
Moving forward, I am committed to collaborating with teachers, staff, parents, and students within our community to identify and enhance all the positive aspects of Bell Mountain. Together, we will strive to create an environment that fosters academic and behavioral excellence. To achieve this, I aim to encourage and empower teachers, staff, parents, and students to actively contribute to the continuous improvement of student outcomes.

Let us join hands and work together to make this academic year a truly rewarding and enriching experience for everyone at Bell Mountain. Together, we can "Move Forward" and create a school environment that nurtures growth and success for all.
