How to register your current MUSD Preschool Student for Kindergarten or Transitional-K
Do not enroll your child as a new student online! Your student is already recorded in our system and you likely already have a Parent Portal account. Once you have completed the items below, your school will assist you to use your Portal account to update emergency contact and medical information about your child.
If you do not have a Parent Portal account, your neighborhood school office will help you register for one.
Call or go to your child’s assigned neighborhood school for either an appointment or walk-in. Inform them of your student's attendance at the Menifee USD Preschool.
All information from your original Menifee USD Preschool registration will be sent to your child’s assigned neighborhood school prior to the start of school but you will need to complete additional information specific to Kindergarten enrollment. Please bring the following items with you -
Completed Documentation Packet
Download here or request a packet from your neighborhood school office
Proof of Residency
Proof of Residency must clearly state the service address.
Entire current copy of at least one of the following: Gas, electric, water, disposal bill, cable bill (E.C. 48204.1), Escrow papers indicating closing date or Property Tax bill with address, homeowners/renters insurance policy, signed rental or lease agreement.
Please note: If you do not have any of the above, you will need to complete an address verification form (available at the school) and provide a utility bill & picture identification card of the person with whom you are residing.
County Birth Certificate
Hospital certificate, baptismal certificate or passport may be substituted.
Parent/Guardian Identification Card or Driver’s License
Please contact the MUSD Preschool front office staff or call the office staff at your child’s assigned neighborhood school for assistance.
