The following items are provided as PDF documents.  Please print out and complete all required documents and return them to the Menifee USD Pupil Personnel Services Office for further processing.

Inter-District Transfer Request Form for 2018/19 School Year

Verification of Employment Form - To be completed by Menifee USD employees living outside the District who are applying to have their children attend one of our schools

Child Care Verification Form - To be completed by persons who live outside the District who are applying to have their children attend one of our schools for childcare reasons.

Inter-District Transfer Approval Process – Out of Menifee Union School District

• Parent obtains a form from Menifee Union School District, submits to Pupil Personnel Services Department.
• If approved, the Inter District Transfer will be sent to the requested district or parents may hand carry if they so desire.
• The requested district will then approve or deny and notify parents.
• If denied, Menifee Union School District will notify parents in writing via USA mail.

Inter- District Approval Process – Into Menifee Union School District

• Parents begin process at their district of residence.  If approved, the district of residence will send approved request to Menifee Union School District.
• Menifee Union School District will accept transfer requests on a first come, first serve basis during the enrollment period of January 12, 2018 through March 15, 2018.  After the enrollment period, transfer request will be considered on a case by case, space availability basis.
