Our Maintenance and Operations staff are a group of exceedingly dedicated individuals devoted to a safe learning environment for the children of our community. Our services ensure that all facilities are in exceptional condition for staff and students.

Our Maintenance staff keeps all aspects of our facilities in safe working order to give the best possible learning environment to our teachers and students. Our Operations staff works diligently to keep our facilities clean and sanitary for all students, staff, and parents that are welcomed in to our facilities.

  • 15 School sites, District Office, and Maintenance yard
  • 520 Classrooms, 3 Gymnasiums
  • 7,277,000 Square feet serviced and maintained daily
  • In excess of 950 HVAC units serviced and maintained
  • 13 Maintenance employees, 72 Operations employees
  • 30+ Vehicles and numerous pieces of heavy equipment maintained and serviced in our fleet

Areas of responsibility for Maintenance include:

  • Maintenance of all facilities, interior and exterior
  • Completing work order
  • Maintaining all district vehicles and equipment
  • Maintain and updating Fire alarm systems
  • Annual safety/fire inspections
  • Annual Facilities Inspections

Areas of responsibility for Operations include:

  • To ensure that our schools are clean and sanitized
  • Set up for special events for public use
  • Provide support for teachers and staff
