• Enrollment is open from June 16, 2023 through August 18, 2023

  • Early Bird Open Enrollment is from June 16th - July 14th.  If you enroll during this time you will be entered in a raffle for one of six $50 gift cards.

• Elections are effective 10/01/2023.

Menifee Union School District is partnering with American Fidelity to implement an online benefits enrollment system. Whether you’re considering making changes, planning on maintaining current coverage, or waiving benefits, you will need to complete this year’s enrollment.

• To complete open enrollment independently, you are welcome to use the American Fidelity Self Service process here. The username will be your full social security number and the PIN will be the last four of your social security number, plus the last two of your birth year.

The first group of documents are the rate sheets, followed by the plan comparison and summary chart showing a side by side comparison of the different medical plans as well as the coverage and out of pocket expenses for members related to deductibles, maximums, pharmacy benefits and other services. The second group of documents are the plan summary's for all plans. 

Menifee Union School District is one of almost 400 state school districts that are a part of Self Insured Schools of California (SISC). SISC's website offers easy access to forms and to vendor links. The web address to SISC is http://sisc.kern.org.
