Our Governing Board In Action
During the month of October the Menifee Union School District Governing Board took the following actions:

Ratified the amendment to the three-year Standard Purchase Agreement with Houghton Mifflin Harcourt Publishing Company for the 2019-2022 school years

Appointed Michael Blanton to the position of Dean of Students for Menifee Valley Middle School, effective October 9, 2019

Approved the proposal provided by King Office Services for the relocation of furniture and equipment from the existing portable classrooms into interim housing in preparation for the Menifee Valley Middle School Reconstruction Project Phase II

Adopted Resolution No. 2020-52 authorizing the District's State Preschool Program to request attendance credit for the emergency closure of the Menifee Union School District's State Preschool Programs on September 6, 2019 due to unhealthy air quality from the Tenaja Fire in Murrieta

Appointed Karris Brilee to the position of Assistant Principal at Oak Meadows Elementary School, effective November 4, 2019, pending clearance
