Our Governing Board In Action

During the month of March the Menifee Union School District Governing Board took the following actions:

  • Approved the proposals provided by Airwave Communications for the purchase and installation of radio system upgrades for emergency and Transportation Department use
  • Approved the Licensing Agreement with Document Tracking Services
  • Ratified the contract with Achieve 3000, Inc.
  • Approved a MOU for Data Sharing Services with the Riverside County Superintendent of Schools for the 2020-21 school year
  • Held a Public Employee Performance Evaluation - Superintendent  
  • Ratified the Report of Purchases for February 2020
  • Accepted the 2019-2020 Second Interim Financial Report as presented
  • Approved the agreement for architectural services with WLC Architects, Inc. for shade structures at various Menifee Union School District Sites
  • Approved the addition of the following positions: one (1) 3.75 hour, Campus Supervisor position, the addition of one (1) 6 hour, Instructional Aide III position, addition of two (2) 3.5 hour, Instructional Aide III positions, addition of one (1) 7 hour, Licensed Vocational Nurse position, of one (1) Middle School Teacher position for English Language Arts, of one (1) Middle School Teacher position for English Language Arts, one (1) Middle, addition of five (5) Elementary Teacher positions for the 2020/21 school year, School Teacher position for Mathematics, Middle School Teacher position for Physical Education, Middle School Teacher position for Science, one (1) 8 hour, Secretary III position, one (1) Special Education Coordinator position, one (1) TOSA Special Education position, addition of one (1) RSP/SDC Teacher position for the 2020/21 school
  • Adopted Resolution No. 2020-64, Designating April 2020 as Public Schools Month
