Our Governing Board In Action
During the month of May the Menifee Union School District Governing Board took the following actions:
- Approved Alta Inspection Services Proposal for the District Shade Structure Project
- Approved Corovan Moving and Storage Quotes for Harvest Hill STEAM Academy (HHSA) Middle School Addition
- Approved Geospective Technologies Service Agreement for Fiscal Year 2020-21
- Approved Renewal of RFP#041318/041218-Frozen, Refrigerated, Dry Food, Fresh & Processed Produce with Gold Star Foods for the 2020-21 School Year
- Authorized Solicitation of Bids for Painting of Bell Mountain Middle School Approved Agreement for Special Services with School Services of California, Inc. for 2020-21
- Ratified Western Fire Co., Inc. Proposal for the District Shade Structure Project.
- Ratified the Menifee Teachers Association Tentative Agreement
- Ratified the Menifee Council of Classified Employees Tentative Agreement and Increase to Classified, Classified Confidential, and Classified Management Salary Schedules
- Approved Increase in Certificated Management Salary Schedule
- Made a Declaration of Need for Fully Qualified Educators 2020-2021
- Awarded Contracts for the Construction of Phase 3B-Menifee Valley Middle School Reconstruction Project
- Approved Proposal From John R. Byerly, Inc. – Harvest Hill STEAM Academy Kitchen Expansion and Renovation
- Approved Contract Change Order #2 with Siemens Industry, Inc. for District Wide Security Camera Project
- Approved Agreement with Addiction Treatment Technologies, LLC DBA Care Solace for the 2020-2021 School Year
- Approved Fulcrum Management Solutions Inc. ThoughtExchange Service Agreement
- Approved Proposal with Kitty Siino and Associates, Inc. for CFD 2016-1 Improvement Area B
- Ratified Riverside County Office of Education (RCOE) Agreement No.s IN50220 and IN50406 for Fiscal Year 2019-20
- Approved the addition of Speech Language Specialist Position-CWM
- Approved the Second Reading/Adoption, Proposed Revisions Governing Board Policies, Administrative Regulations, and Board Bylaws
