• Approved Change Orders for the Kitchen Expansion and Site Modifications for Harvest Hill STEAM Academy Middle School Addition
• Approved Agreement with Aeries Software, Inc.
• Approved Multi-Year the CITE and Microsoft Strategic Alliance (CAMSA)
• Agreement with Softchoice Corporation
• Approved Eide Bailly LLP Consulting Agreement
• Approved Award of RFP#040620 to Driftwood Dairy Fresh Dairy Items for the 2020-21 School Year
• Approved Moreno Bros. Distribution Piggy-Backable RFP#2019/20-02 for Bread Products for the 2020-21 School Year
• Approved Modification to Riverside County Superintendent of Schools Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Agreement
• Approved Yearbook Purchase Agreement with Walsworth Publishing Company, Inc. and Recommendation to Declare Items Obsolete
• Approved Contract for Interim Superintendent for Dr. Gary Rutherford
• Directed the Superintendent to Implement an Immediate Hiring Freeze for All Nonessential District Positions
• Adopted the 2020-2021 Budget

• Approved the use of Piggy-Backable Bid with Los Rios Community College District for Harvest Hill STEAM Academy Middle School Addition Furniture Purchase

• Authorized the Solicitation of Bids for District-Wide Paving and Asphalt Services
• Ratified the Sale of Obsolete Portable Classrooms at Menifee Valley Middle School
