Checks must be made payable to “Menifee Union School District”.
Payments received for the incorrect amount will not be accepted.
The District will require a copy of the “School Fee Letter” (City) or “Notice of School Impact Mitigation Requirement” (County) in order to prepare your Certificate of Compliance.
Please fax or email a copy of the letter/notice to the Facilities Department in advance or bring it with you to avoid a delay in preparing your certificate. Staff will not be able to prepare your certificate without this letter or notice.
Fees are subject to change at any time, therefore, please contact the Facilities Department to verify current rates prior to securing school fee payments.

Residential *with* Mitigation Agreement	Rate is determined by the terms of the Mitigation Agreement and is adjusted annually or bi-annually. Please call our Facility Department for the current rates.	Date per Mitigation Agreement
Commercial, Industrial & Restricted Senior Housing $0.605 / sq. ft. Effective May 13, 2024
