Mission Statement

Payroll Department services and supports the district by ensuring all staff are treated fairly and compensated accurately, in accordance with labor contracts, California Education Code, and applicable state and federal laws.

In a joint effort with our sites and departments, we strive to support all of our esteemed district employees with exceptional customer service through timely payment of wages, accurately tracking employee attendance, processing voluntary contribution requests and ensuring accurate and time sensitive reporting deadlines are met to external agencies, such as the Internal Revenue Service, Social Security Administration, Employment Development Department, CalSTRS and CalPERS.
