The Fiscal Services Department is committed to supporting the District’s mission in developing lifelong learners with the skills, knowledge, and desire to be respectful, compassionate, responsible, and contributing citizens by providing a high-quality education in a nurturing, challenging learning environment in which all children are empowered to reach their full potential.  
The Fiscal Services Department is responsible for maintaining fiscal solvency through monitoring and reporting budget and expenditures for all programs and funds of the Menifee Union School District. Fiscal Services provides support to all school sites and departments in training staff on the use of the county financial system (Galaxy).  

The Fiscal Services Department oversees the following areas: 

•      Accounts Payable
•      Accounts Receivable
•      Budget Development & Monitoring
•      Financial Reporting
•      Fiscal Oversight

In order for us to process your invoices in a timely manner and avoid delays, the files must meet the following criteria:

·         Invoice must be sent as a PDF

·         One invoice per file and all backup should be included in the same file

·         Multiple invoices per email as separate attachments are allowed

·         No Zip files are allowed

·         All special invoice instructions should be included in the invoice and not as part of the email. This includes PO numbers
