The goal of the Menifee Union School District Business Services Division is to provide quality support to the educational programs of the District. The following departments comprise the Business Services Division:

Facilities Planning – Plan and supervise all new construction within the District, as well as all major renovation projects such as those provided for in recent general obligation bonds. Oversees all Community Facility Districts (CFD's) and the financial accounting of such districts. 

Fiscal Services – Budget development and monitoring, accounts payable and receivable.

Maintenance & Operations – Maintenance Department repairs and refurbishes District facilities. The District has an internal maintenance crew and contracts out other repair and maintenance work not performed in-house. Operations Department keeps classrooms and other District facilities clean.

Nutrition Services – Provide meals to students who do not bring meals from home. Free and reduced-priced meals are available for students who qualify.

Payroll Services – Process payroll for all district employees and substitutes.

Purchasing – Purchase school supplies, furnishings, equipment, track district assets, and process outside consultant agreements.

Transportation Services – Provide bus service to eligible students who do not go to school by other means of transportation.

While functions and duties within Business Services are diverse, all are intended to provide support to the overall mission of the District: Education.
